Lemonbush

A Rooibos tisane from the Wupperthal Cooperative of small farmers in the Cederberg Mountains, South Africa, blended with Sicilian lemon oil from Gianfranco Todisco, who produces the oils for our Earl Grey and Lemon Pekoe. The lemon oil, as well as imparting a citrus taste, takes away the astringent taste of rooibos while keeping its basenotes of stone fruit and caramel. If you’re looking for a caffeine-free infusion that is similar to a breakfast or black tea then this is a good place to start.

BREWING
100°C, 1g per 150ml. Brew for 2+ minutes, many infusions are possible.
