A blend of tea from small farms in Darjeeling and Assam, and whole rosebuds from the Soffi cooperative in Morocco’s Valley of the Roses. Both tea and flowers are farmed without use of artificial fertilisers or pesticides.
Fragrant and sweet with a lovely floral aroma and taste, this is strong enough to take milk but also delicious taken without. Best brewed with 3-4g of tea per 150ml cup and water off the boil.
