COLLECTION
Collection is currently only available from our Dering Street store, which is open 12-6:30pm Monday- Saturday. We ask that your order is collected within two weeks of ordering. If your plans change and you need your parcel delivered instead, please contact us. Please note it may take up to 48h for your order to be ready.
UK
All orders will be sent Royal Mail tracked 24.
Orders sent tracked 24 usually take around 2 working days to arrive. You should be provided with a tracking number automatically, but get in touch if it does not appear.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express.
Royal Mail
Europe: orders should usually arrive within 7 working days
Rest of the World: orders usually arrive within 14 working days. You should be provided with a tracking number automatically, but get in touch if it does not appear.
DHL Express
We can also send via DHL Express for our international orders which offers the fastest tracked service, you will receive the tracking information once the order is shipped, you can use services provided by DHL such as re-schedule delivery, receive updates messages to your phone, leave at a safe place etc.

* Please note that orders may take up to 24 hours to be packed Monday to Friday.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our London shop. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
We will replace any post that goes missing after 14 days in the UK or 30 days Internationally.
Additional shipping costs will apply to resend orders that come back to us because of incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses or failure to pay customs charges
